With over 25 years of experience leading innovation across industry, academia, and nonprofit sectors, she’s best known for founding the Alliance for Advanced Sanitation and for her groundbreaking efforts to improve public health through smarter food systems.

But Angela’s mission goes far beyond the lab.

As a parent of two of the youngest college graduates in the country, she brings lived experience to her work with families, educators, and future professionals. Her workshops, guides, and speaking engagements blend scientific insight with strategic planning—helping others build resilient careers, fulfilling lives, and legacies that matter.
